Refund Policy

Cancelling
Cancel Pro any time in Stovebird: Account → Manage or cancel. It takes a minute, with no call or email needed. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account returns to Free. Your pantry, saved recipes and timers stay.
Free trial
If you cancel before your free trial ends, you’re never charged.
Refunds
- Yearly plan: ask within 14 days of a yearly charge (the first one or a renewal) for a full refund.
- Monthly plan: if a monthly renewal surprised you and you haven’t made a Pro recipe since it, ask within 7 days for a refund of that month.
- Something went wrong: charged twice, charged after cancelling, or Pro didn’t work: tell us and we’ll put it right, including a refund.
- Otherwise, payments aren’t refunded for partial periods, but you keep Pro until the period ends.
To ask, use the contact form and choose Billing. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. A refunded payment ends the Pro time it paid for. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law.
